What this service does
Mapping Missions generates waypoint mission files for consumer DJI drones from an area you draw and settings you choose. It is provided free of charge, as is, and may change or stop at any time.
You are responsible for the flight
This service generates waypoint missions based on parameters supplied by you. It does not determine whether a proposed flight is safe, lawful or authorised. You, as the operator and remote pilot, are responsible for reviewing each generated mission and ensuring that the planned operation complies with all applicable aviation regulations, airspace restrictions, permissions, manufacturer requirements and site-specific restrictions. This service does not provide aviation, legal or safety advice.
Figures such as ground resolution, overlap and flight time are calculated from published camera specifications and a model of the aircraft's flight. Flight times in particular are modelled, not measured, and should be treated as estimates.
No warranty
We make no promise that the service will be available, error-free, or that a generated mission will load or fly as expected on any particular aircraft, controller or software version. To the fullest extent permitted by law we accept no liability for loss or damage arising from use of the service or of any file it produces.
Your account
If you register, keep your sign-in details to yourself and tell us if you think your account has been misused. You may delete your account at any time from your account page. We may suspend accounts used to abuse the service.
Acceptable use
Do not use the service to plan flights you are not permitted to make, attempt to disrupt or overload it, or try to gain access to other users' data.
